The project for the Swedish company Motivera Sverige AB was initiated by the CEO and together with the Head of Education I had the opportunity to reorganized the didactic structure and the most valued educational projects for the organization.

The didactic material for the safety instructors was redesigned both for courses in classroom, on-line and for e-learning/blended learning. We investigated and evaluated several e-learning tools and platforms, and finally decided to use the iSpring Suite.

We also developed e-learning courses for some midsize and multinational companies like SSAB and IKEA.
